More Images from Epstein's Property Released by Democratic US Legislators

Development plans for the financier's private tropical island included in the released materials.

Also included in this new photograph disclosure appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.

Epstein acquired a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.

These photos suggest he had formulated development schemes to transform the 161-acre island by constructing living quarters, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.

Marked on the drawing is a local waterway, a marine passage in the region, marked on the south-eastern section.

The architectural drawing is marked up in handwritten red notes and includes a legend labelling various sections of the estate.

Alongside the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, featuring designs for marina coverings.

More images released as part of the ongoing investigative process.
